FIELD
SEARCHING |
People typically approach a case law database from one
of two perspectives. They are usually either looking for
known or unknown items.
We typically search for unknown
items by including or excluding some combination or
keywords or phrase when formulating our query.
We typically perform field
searches when we are looking for a known item, such as a
case that we simply want to read.
As a user of our software you
will be able to perform several Field Searches when all
you known about the case is a party name or citation,
for example. Click through the links to the right to see
how easy it is to find cases this way using TheLaw.net. |
