Q:
How do I print only selected pages of a case?

A: (1) Press Ctrl-A to highlight all of the text of the case; (2) click the Copy
Button or press Ctrl-C; (3) go to your word processor which will count the
pages in the case in a way that your printer will understand; (4) from the
Edit Menu of your word processor select Paste or locate your cursor
anywhere on the blank page, right click and select Paste or simply press
Ctrl-V; (5) make a note of the page numbers you want to print; (6) print
the selected pages from your word processor.

Most printers provide an interface similar to the one below, that allows you
select the page or range of pages to be printed.
