TheLaw.net Equalizer 7.0 is your gateway to a universe of resources beyond case law. You download and install in less than five minutes. You enter an activation code once. Thereafter, you click an icon to go to work. Equalizer 7.0 is the only web-based user-name and password-free legal research service available.
The main window of the screen below shows the interface to the case law database. The "Select Jurisdictions" portion of the case law interface includes menus that you open and close. You open, for example, "All District Courts" to activate or deactivate any combination of corresponding jurisdictions. The checkboxes work like a light switch. Click a checkbox to activate. Click it again to deactivate.
If you want to lookup a cite you simply enter book and page and the case pops up. You do not have to know where the case is from or activate any database. You simply click search and the case appears.
We split the screen below for purposes of demonstrating that at your option Equalizer's Menu System can be navigated vertically or horizontally as you would a favorites or bookmark file.
